RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to deliver a wonderful experience for you and your student. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by reaching out to support@masterplanacademy.org.

Returns/Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. For all of our programs, you can request to receive a full refund (less a $25 enrollment processing fee) within 5 days of payment. Refund requests must be made in writing by emailing support@masterplanacademy.org.

Refunds are only available prior to the first day of instruction.

From 6 to 14 days after payment, you can request to receive a 50% refund, less the $25 processing fee.

At 15 days or more after payment, or after the first session of a program, no refunds are provided.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the request. In the rare event that Master Plan Academy cancels a cohort, enrolled families receive a full refund within 10 business days -- no processing fee applied.
