Returns/Refunds
Mini Course Refunds: You can request to receive a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Designing High School 12-Week program: If you paid in full at the time of your purchase, you can request to receive a full refund within 30 days of your payment. After the first 30 days of the start of the program, you can request to receive a pro-rated refund. The percentage refunded will be the total days left until the end of the program on the day you request the refund by email, divided by the total number of days in the program (including holiday weeks). If you opted to pay in installments, you may request to receive a refund for your most recent installment payment, within 30 days of that payment.
Cancellation Policy for Designing High School 12-Week Program: We strive to deliver an amazing experience for you and your student. If you you enrolled and purchased the Designing High School program but wish to cancel for any reason, please reach out to us at [email protected] before the date on which the program begins. We will cancel your enrollment and issue a full refund. After the program begins, refunds are determined by the Returns/Refunds section above.
