Returns/Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. For the Designing High School 6-Week program: You can request to receive a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are only available prior to the first day of instruction. 

Cancellation Policy for Designing High School 6-Week Program: We strive to deliver an amazing experience for you and your student. If you you enrolled and purchased the Designing High School program but wish to cancel for any reason, please reach out to us at [email protected] before the date on which the program begins. We will cancel your enrollment and issue a full refund. After the program begins, refunds are determined by the Returns/Refunds section above.
